My name is Batia Grinblat and I’m the founder of Infinitelyou. My journey began almost 8 years ago through unforeseen circumstances where illness (Hypothyroidism) forced a 360 degree change in every area of my life.
Admittedly it was a scary and lonely time. As far as personal journeys are concern, knowing rock bottom is a humbling experience. In the process I learned so much that I’ve made it my life mission to help people live a Fulfilling Life.
Life has that flow on effect.
At Infinitelyou we cover areas that range from the personal to professional through the integration of various modalities. We have Discovery Sessions with focus on language, metaphors, mindfulness, and life skills which take the stress and discomfort away.
We actually become comfortable with the uncomfortable, so when things happen (which we all know life can deliver very well) you can turn down the volume and proceed ahead. You have the control not the situation.
We as human like to complicate things, which is why in ACT we like to keep things exciting, flowing, open, and experiential. We work on learning to navigate through the storm with your permission. Your return becomes a

Infinitelyou is about integrating counselling, coaching and past life facilitation in a holistic approach to allow the transformation of old and expired behaviour patterns. In reshaping our outlook of those processes, we acquire new skills and mindset to navigate through life in a more fulfilling manner.
Acceptance of who we are, how we think and feel all become normalised. That effectively permits the process of commitment. It is commitment to self care.
The benefits of leading a life of wellness, mindfulness and in congruence with ourselves are priceless. They enhance our relationships; vitalise our well being; help with goal setting and their achievement; stress and anxiety triggers become manageable and we can live a life that is authentically ours.
