Why you need ACT in your life is a none technical look at the applications of why Mindfulness in today's world is so important.  It is a personal reflection that I found overwhelmingly useful in my life after searching for modalities that would deliver substantial results.  Apart from covering the five reasons why you need to have ACT in your life, I included personal experiences, general information, inspiring quotes and some processes which illustrate the areas which get explored during the sessions.

Then we also connect to our true and authentic self with the sole aim of living a meaningful life

In defining what is meaningful for you, becoming clear on what is important to you is essential.  

I've learned one simple thing in life - try anything (where no one was harmed and or laws were broken) and make your mind after!
