I remember our initial conversation Batia, when you first asked me if I think we are our emotions or thoughts.  My initial thought was, what a strange way to start a conversation.  At that point I should have realised that in order to change my home and work situation, I will need to change the way I  look at things.

Change indeed is an inside job.  While I was responding to other people, I neglected to see what I was doing.

Your insightful approach at looking at things, explaining and application has been a life changing experience.  I look forward to present and the future!
